Current Projects

US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Utility Energy Services Contracting (UESC) – Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) – Oracle Cloud Migration & Enhancement Project

The Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) division of US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Huntsville, AL currently hosts and shares ESPC Project/Contract Tracking and Reporting data with multiple district offices of USACE using its legacy on-prem database application.  The current database applications needs to be migrated, enhanced, and modernized to make it an enterprise level database (ORACLE) with a low-code, no code web enabled platform such as Oracle APEX to meet the continually growing business requirements of the USACE global design centers.

Premier Federal and its experienced team in a Joint Venture (JV) as a prime contractor is currently engaged with USACE to migrate, enhance, and modernize its current legacy database application to an enterprise level ORACLE database with a low-code, no code web-based Oracle APEX platform to provide USACE’s continually growing business requirements by its global design centers.  Our team has been working with the USACE ESPC and the ORACLE DoD team providing technical assessments/discovery, recommendations, design, development, and deployment to consolidate and modernize its legacy but a mission critical database application such as ESPC to reduce cost and improve mission availability and system interoperability.

The objective our work is to standardize and improve data collection, tracking, reporting, and sharing of ESPC information to decrease the ambiguity of data and shorten the time to consolidate and correlate the critical information to improve project tracking, reporting, and decision support system. The expected results are increased efficiency in critical information exchange, data visualization, analytics, and knowledge management to improve support and coordination with respect to USACE Energy Savings data.

Of particular focus is to use robust, secure, efficient, and scalable industry standard enterprise database such as ORACLE and a highly efficient low-code, no-code web-based application development platform such as Oracle APEX that leverages existing capabilities and deliver an integrated set of interoperable tools and shared services to support ESOC coordination, data collection, information management, and secure access and data exchange with internal and external systems and stakeholders.

US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Environmental and Munitions Center of Expertise (EMCX) – Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) Geophysical Information Repository (FGDR) Project

The Environmental and Munitions Center of Expertise (EMCX) – Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) Geophysical Information Repository (FGDR) division of US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Huntsville, AL  currently uses disparate legacy on-prem tools and applications to store and share its mission critical EMCX information with its GeoPhysicists users globally.  The current EMCX legacy methods, tools, and applications for data storage and sharing are archaic, inefficient, and carry huge risks for data loss in the event of natural calamity or human error.

Premier Federal and its highly experienced team once again in a Joint Venture (JV) as a prime contractor is currently engaged with the USACE EMCX team to standardize, centralize, migrate, and modernize its current legacy methods to an enterprise level cloud based database with a low-code, no code web-based platform for USACE EMCX’s continually growing business requirements by its global design centers.

Our team has been working with the USACE EMCX FUDS team providing technical assessments/discovery, recommendations, design, development, and deployment to standardize, centralize, consolidate and modernize its legacy tools and methods to reduce cost and improve mission availability and system interoperability.

The objective our work is to standardize, centralize and improve data collection, user workflows, tracking, reporting, and sharing of EMCX information to decrease the ambiguity of data and shorten the time to consolidate and correlate the critical information.  The expected outcome are a central repository of data, increased efficiency, data visualization, data analytics, and knowledge management to improve support and coordination with respect to USACE Environmental Munitions data with internal and external systems and stakeholders.
