Preeti Gupta, CEO
Preeti Gupta brings over 25 years of industry and business experience at organizations including Blue Cross / Blue Shield, General Motors, and Ricoh America. Her expertise covers fields in information technology, management, administration, customer relations, and international sales/marketing.

Paul Gupta, President & CTO
Paul brings over 35 years of industry and business experience at the divisions of GE, GM, Allied Signal, Westinghouse, and Hitachi Corporations. Paul has managed multi-million dollar contracts and has been involved in multiple successful cloud-based technology companies.  Paul started Premier Federal (formerly Premier International) over 16 years ago.

Nathaniel St. John, Vice President, Operations & CDC Programs
Nathaniel St. John brings over 25 years of experience in business operations, technology, program management, and chief executive activities. Nathaniel has coordinated solutions for Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Institute of Health (NIH), and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Randy Shearer, Director, DoD Business
Randy brings over 35 years of DoD and Federal contracts experience. Randy is an accomplished professional with experience as a USAF contracts and acquisition manager, and is a NCMA Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and a Fellow.  Randy has published an array of publications on DoD contracting.


Joe Wujcik, Director, Healthcare Business
Joe brings over 30 years of healthcare technology experience with industry leaders such as McKesson, AVNET (TechData), and ARROW bringing to market the latest technologies in TeleHealth, Patient Capacity Management, Medical Imaging, Point of Care, Security and Analytics into some of the largest healthcare systems in the country. 

Felix Mallette, Director, International Business
Felix has a proven track record of over 35 years bringing disruptive and innovative technologies to the market. Based in Toronto, Canada, Felix is currently in-charge of developing strategic partnerships and projects for international technology and business expansion in the Canadian and other global markets.


Daniel Martin, Director, HR & Programs
Danny brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Program Management, and Technology. Danny has managed resources, and led technology implementations at Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Institute of Health (NIH), and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). 

John Vaughan, Director, Technology
John brings over 25 years of experience in IT and Programs Management.  John has led multiple technology solutions projects at Dept of Homeland Security (DHS), Association of Public Health Lab, and Dept of Veterans Affairs (VA).  John’s understanding of intricate technical details and business drivers makes him an asset for technology projects.  

Ed Schultz, Compliance Advisor
Ed Schultz brings over 33 years of federal acquisition experience to the role as Compliance Advisor. During the span of his federal career, Ed served in a variety of acquisition related positions with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the United States Air Force.
